Leslie Lois Breithaupt, 94, of Jena passed from this life on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, at the LaSalle General Hospital of Jena. He was born June 16, 1919, in Archie, to the union of Terry Calhoun and Letha Susannah Walker Breithaupt. Mr. Breithaupt was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from Louisiana State Central Hospital of Pineville. Services were held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 5, at Whitehall United Pentecostal
Church with Rev. Joey Paul officiating. Interment followed in theTidwell Landing Cemetery of Sharptown under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alusie 
Hamilton Breithaupt; sister, Earnestine Breithaupt Robertson; and grandson, Mackie McMillin. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Jo Robertson Breithaupt of Jena; two daughters, Wilma Dwylene Breithaupt and Maycel Breithaupt Moore, both of Jena; a brother, Terry Calhoun Breithaupt of Engleside, TX; two sisters, Lessie Lea McClure and Letha Emogene Maxey, both of Jena; two grandchildren, Evan M. Ford of Monroe and Daniel C. Mc- Millin of Natchitoches; and four great grandchildren. The men of Whitehall United Pentecostal Church served as pallbearers.
