Margarete Beatrice “Bea” Kratoville, 95, of Alvin, Texas, passed from this life on Friday, August 8, 2014. She was born May 15, 1919 in Tullos to the union of her parents, W. H. and Naomi Holmes Haddox. Mrs. Bea moved from Louisiana to Texas in 1957. After raising her children, she went back to school and began her career, which took her allover  the world. She loved to dance, quilt and decorate cakes. Her proudest achievement were
her grandkids and great grandkids. She had lived in Alvin since 1999, and was a member of Alvin Missionary  Baptist Church. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 16, at 10 a.m., at Froberg Funeral Home in Alvin, Texas, with Rev. John Raines officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Ethel Doyle and Willie Brown; brother, Buford Haddox; and son-in-law, Gary Judkins. Survivors include her children, Peggy Judkins of Alvin, TX, and Joe Mike and Holly Smith of Mt. Pleasant, TX; granddaughters, Jennifer and Mike Redman of Alvin, Julie and Scott Moore of Austin, TX, Glen and Denise Smith of Beaumont, TX; and great grandchildren,
Dalton Redman, Noelle Redman, Garrison Moore, Griffin Moore, Jessica Smith, and Tyler Smith
