School Board told of shortage of teachers

Members of the LaSalle Parish School Board, meeting for  their regular August session on Monday night of last week, were told that it is getting harder and harder to find qualified teachers to fill positions in the parish school system. Secondary Supervisor Tish Budemer told board members that at the present time, “we have six positions still unfilled, and school begins in just a week.”
