LaSalle Parish voters will join others throughout the Fifth Congressional District in choosing a new U. S. Congressman at the runoff election to be held this coming Saturday, November 16th. A total of 462 voters have already cast their ballots in the election, choosing to vote early during a period from Nov. 2 through 9. There were also 199 ballots mailed out and many of those will be returned and counted in the total on Saturday night. Officials are predicting a very low turnout in Saturday’s election.
