Our first report of the arrival of the purple martins of 2014 was from Belinda Finley Taylor at Hardtner Medical Center. The hospital has martin boxes out front and the staff noticed the martins were there around noon on Monday, February 17th. However, on Tuesday we received a call from Shelby Loe of Tullos who reported seeing the martins as early as Valentine’s Day – February 14th.
