LaSalle woman convicted on 3 distribution charges

A 38-year-old LaSalle Parish woman was convicted in 28th Judicial Court last week on three counts of distribution of methamphetamine, according to LaSalle District Attorney J. Reed Walters. Kristi L. Lambeth, 38, was found guilty by a 12-member jury following a trial, which spread over two days. A jury was selected on Monday with testimony in the trial getting underway on Tuesday morning. The state and defense rested late that afternoon and the jury deliberated about an hour before returning guilty verdicts on all three charges.
