LaSalle High School is sporting a brand new L.E.D. sign at its entrance due to the efforts of the Olla Kiwanis Club along with many area businesses and citizens. Standing underneath the new sign are: (left to right) LHS Principal Kara Masling, Olla Kiwanis Club members Bob Love, Ray Duke and Vice-President Jake Long, LHS Senior Ross Campbell, Teacher Stephanie Barnhill and Freshman Amber Snelling. The 5’x8’ sign mounted seven feet above ground is full color and video capable with wireless programming. “We appreciate the generosity and support of the Kiwanis Club especially with our new sign,” LHS Principal Masling said. “It’s definitely something we can be proud of and it adds to our Tiger Pride!” The Kiwanis Club is also currently working to construct a sign at LaSalle Junior High in Urania. The members of the Olla Kiwanis Club would like to extend their appreciation to all who helped make the sign a reality.
