The softball teams from both high schools in the parish have punched their tickets to the “Big Party” in Sulphur and will be playing in the Allstate Sugar Bowl/ LHSAA Softball Tournament at Frasch Park this week.

The LaSalle Lady Tigers, ranked as the state’s No. 1 team in Class 1A defeated the Block Lady Bears in Olla last Thursday, 15-0, to earn a berth in the state tournament.
