The Jena High Baseball coaching staff and team raised nearly $7,000 through their first annual First Pitch Banquet and Fundraiser held on January 27 at Jena First Baptist Church’s fellowship hall. All proceeds received from the dinner, silent auction, raffle items and donations go toward funding for the JHS Baseball program.

The players served the guests and were introduced during the program. Those present were: front row (left to right) Barrett Keene, Dylan Elliott, Nathan Parker, Dylan DeLasalle, Colby Cruse, Blake Paul, Andrew Head, Brody Barber, Cayden Scott, Connor Brunson and Caleb Jenkins and back row (l to r) Head Coach Colton Knuckols, Assistant Coach Wesley Dorton, Assistant Coach Blaine Poole, Manager Will Potter, Jacob Windham, Bobby Kendrick, Lamar Farris, Ray Brinson, Braylon Bignar, Houston May, Davis Paul, Jeffrey Arnold, Guest Speaker David Rollins, Casey Spicer, Jordan Overstreet, Drew Neal, Brand Shivers, Jadikus Johnson, J.J. Pentecost, Jacob Kimball, Tank Todd, Patrick Simmons, Christian Champlin, Blake Windham and Tahj Jones.
