Applications are being accepted through Friday, Sept. 21, for the annual Louisiana Food Fellows program, a unique opportunity that trains people to become leaders in the local food movement.

Participants will attend four evening workshops beginning Oct. 4 that will give them the resources, skills, and inspiration they need to become change agents in Louisiana’s local food system. National experts from across the country will lead workshops on a variety of topics, including an overview of the food system, grassroots organizing, food policy, and determining your role in reshaping your community’s food system.
