Laughter is contagious …good for your health

Did you make a New Year’s resolution? If you didn’t, may I make a suggestion for one that will benefit your health, as well as those around you. That is to laugh more. Laughter can be a part of your everyday life.

We all have humor inside us, and it is healthy to use it as often as we can. There are many benefits – mentally and physically – to laughing often.
