When I started writing for newspapers and Bluffs and Bayous, my stories were about people, dogs, chickens, memories of youth, you know, regular stories meant to entertain. When obama was elected in 2008, my weekly stories became opinion pieces, because I could see that our country was being radically changed into a socialist nation. Common sense and business sense were out the window in favor of the government seizing control of every aspect of our lives.
