A routine traffic stop in the Magnolia Community in lower LaSalle Parish by a LPSO K-9 deputy on Tuesday of last week led to the arrest of a Pollock man on narcotic charge. Carlton Hall, 55, of Pollock, was identified as the driver of a vehicle which was stopped after the deputy observed a traffic violation.
