Seven-year-old Josie Lisenby collects specimens for her petri dish to study under her microscope during the Centennial Cultural Center’s Science Camp last week in downtown Olla. The students conducted many hands-on experiments involving microscopic study of plants and rocks, chemical reactions and more. During the summer, the CCC hosts several camps involving art and robotics as well as a camp for students with special needs.
