Jena Colonial Trails Chairman Blake Phillips is excited to announce that Howdy Neighbor Day will once again occur at the Jena Town Park this year on Saturday, October 16. The festival was canceled last year due to the pandemic but this year the event will be on schedule, which is always in conjunction with Jena High School’s homecoming.
