Retail sales for the first nine months of 2021 was up an average of 6-percent parish wide, and a little higher in two towns in the parish. According to figures just released by the Concordia Sales Tax Collection Agency, which collect sales taxes for several bodies in the parish, tax collections were up from 6-percent in parish to 46-percent in the town of Tullos.
