Concordia Sentinel Editor Stanley Nelson discusses his new book about the murder of a Black law enforcement officer in 1965 outside Bogalusa at the LaSalle Parish Library meeting room last Thursday night. A large number of local citizens were in attendance and were able to purchase the book and have it autographed after the talk. The Library staff served light refreshments after the event.
