Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries enforcement agents cited a Louisiana man for alleged deer hunting violations on Nov. 3 in Grant Parish. Agents cited Steven McNemar, 46, of Georgetown, for placing bait on Kisatchie National Forest, hunting over bait on Kisatchie National Forest, and hunting with illegal methods.
