Jenaâs Jeffery Neal (7) made a spectacular catch in the corner of the endzone on a fourth and goal play with seconds remaining on the clock before halftime during the Giantsâ 36-21 first-round playoff victory last Friday night in Jena against Kenner Discovery. Jena, #10, will travel to Farmerville this Friday night to take on the Union Parish Farmers, #7, for second-round of the LHSAA state playoffs. (See story.)

Giants advance to 2nd round with 36-21 win over Kenner Discovery
The Jena Giants had their 1st round playoff game this past Friday night. This would be the 9th year in a row that the Giants have made the playoffs. This would also be the 7th straight year that the Giants have earned home game in the 1st round.
