Hall of Fame Coach Geraldine “Jelly” Pigott was honored posthumously by former players and co-workers of the Jena Lady Giants from 1952 to 1970 at a reception last week at the Jena Town Hall. Representatives from nearly every team Pigott coached at JHS were in attendance along with family members and friends to view the large display case containing Pigott’s trophies, pictures and other memorabilia.
