Members of the LaSalle Parish School Board voted at their regular December meeting held Monday night of last week to call a special election for next spring for renewal of a onecent sales tax. The resolution adopted by the Board with a vote of 9-yeas and one absent, asks authority from the State Bond Commission to ask for the extension and rededication of a one-cent sales tax at a special election on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
