Eight-year-old Haddon Roark tells Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus what he wants for Christmas during the annual Cookies with Santa event at the Centennial Cultural Center in downtown Olla. He is the son of Judd and Jill Roark of Olla. The children sang “Jingle Bells,” had their photo made with the Clauses, decorate and eat a Christmas cookie and paint a Christmas cookie plate. The center hosts events all year long including a series of popular summer camps for kids and more.
