Mrs. Inez Hannegan Riggs celebrated her 90th birthday on Saturday, February 19 at her home near Georgetown, LA. The celebration was hosted by her four children, Mary Shawver of Georgetown, Judy Lopez of Lafayette, Teresa Koch of Montevallo, AL; and Bill Riggs of Georgetown. Approximately 100 guests were in attendance and enjoyed cake, refreshments, lively conversation and beautiful weather. The hosts wish to thank everyone who made this day possible.
