Free Resource Fair today in Jena

The LaSalle Parish Healthy Coalition Fan Drive & Resource Fair will be held today (Wednesday, June 1) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at New Evergreen Baptist Church (1190 Church Street) in Jena. Over 100 fans will be given out with one fan per family. At this free event, there will also be drug take back for unused/unneeded medications, blood pressure and diabetes screenings, a blood drive and COVID-19 vaccines as well as other free resources. The event is sponsored by Jena Wal-Mart in conjunction with the Coalition and Amerihealth Caritas Louisiana.
