Detective Brant King with the LaSalle Parish Sheriffâs Office conducts a two-day active shooter response training at LaSalle High School last week alongside LPSO deputies as well as officers from the Olla, Tullos and Urania Police Departments in preparation for the academic year. King has conducted ALERRT training and drills in the parish over the past several years in different environments such as schools, churches, hospitals and various workplaces.

With the beginning of a new school year, the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office conducted a two-day active shooter response training at LaSalle High School this past week with participation from the Olla, Tullos and Urania Police Departments to hone their response skills.
