Wi l l i a m Jennings Jacobsen, 85, a native of Tickfaw, and a resident of Denham Springs, passed from this life on August 20, 2022 in Denham Springs. Mr. Jacobsen was born on May 9, 1937 to the union of his parents William J. Jacobsen Sr. and Natalie Smith Jacobsen. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as Assistant Chief from the Baton Rouge Fire Department with 30 years of service. He enjoyed duck and squirrel hunting, and fishing in his younger years.
