The LaSalle Parish School Board adopted its 2022-23 budget in the amount of $35,307,023 during a special called meeting held Thursday night of last week. The budget was adopted following a public hearing held to receive comments on the budget. The board also adopted amendments to the 2021-22 budget as presented by Business Manager Sara Andrews. In her budget message, Andrews noted that the school board is the largest employer in the parish with approximately 410 full-time employees.
