HB 124 (Act 372) by Rep. Nicolas Muscarello, authorizes hearing on any motion or exception to be conducted by any audio-visual means at the court’s discretion. If witness testimony is necessary a party may request that the hearing be conducted in person. This ACT authorizes judge trials to be conducted by audio- visual means with consent of all parties and the court.
