Jena Council approves sale of surplus items

The Town of Jena crew repaints the Vision Bridge solid black at the Jena Town Park last week in preparation for the Jena High School Homecoming and Howdy Neighbor Day, which will be held next week.

The Jena Town Council approved a resolution to sale several town surplus items and authorize Mayor LaDawn Edwards to sign a contract with Bonnette Auction Company, LLC. to auction the items for the town.
