LaSalle Tigers close out the football season at Grand Lake

The LaSalle Tigers closed out the 2022 football season with a first-round playoff loss this past Friday night. The Tigers traveled to Grand Lake High School to take on the Hornets in the first round of the non-select division four playoffs. The Tigers fell 4120 to the Hornets. The Tigers would take the opening kickoff and drive 60 yards for the first score, as Clay Clark sprinted 14-yards for the touchdown. The Tigers would start the second quarter tied 7-7 with the Hornets. Things would get rough for the Tigers in this quarter as the Hornets would score three times in this quarter and the Tigers only once. The halftime score would be 28-14 in favor of the Hornets.
