Garthian “Slim” Clay Stapleton, 85, of Jena, passed from this life on Friday, November 18, 2022 at LaSalle General Hospital in Jena. Slim was born on May 24, 1937 in Little Creek to the union of his parents, Clay Jewel Stapleton and Eva Hudson Stapleton.
