Emile Bordelon of Jonesville (far right) volunteered to haul over 30,000 water bottles to those in need in Wauchula, Florida after the aftermath of Hurricane Ian through the efforts of the LaSalle Baptist Association. The association coordinated the purchase and hauling of the water as well as the 20-foot cargo trailer filled with blankets and non-perishable food.

Florida hurricane victims helped by local association
Through efforts by the LaSalle Baptist Association and its volunteers, over 30,000 water bottles and a trailer load of blankets and non-perishable food items were delivered earlier last month to those in need in Wauchula, Florida after the aftermath of Hurricane Ian.
