The LaSalle Ministerial Alliance once again held their annual Angel Tree Christmas Ministry in conjunction with the A.P.P.L.E.S. program for the LaSalle Parish School System. Angel sponsors received their childâs wish lists before Thanksgiving and dropped off wrapped gifts to the Alliance at the Celebrate Recovery building (the old Jena Elementary cafeteria). Gift distribution was held on December 13.

Angel Tree brings Christmas to LaSalle children in need
Christmas just got a little brighter for 235 LaSalle Parish children who received gift bags from the Angel Tree Christmas Ministry, a program offered by the LaSalle Ministerial Alliance in cooperation with the LaSalle Parish School Board’s A.P.P.L.E.S. program (Assistance Program for People in the LaSalle Parish Education System).
