Rogers Community Water System ends tank restoration
The Rogers Community Water System tank looks as good as new after the restoration project was completed. A temporary pressurized tank was removed and customers are once again getting their water from the elevated tank. The water system was recently found in full compliance during a regular inspection conducted by the state on a three-year cycle, according to Lester Laqua, system operator.

Rogers Community Water System ends tank restoration

Rogers community residents can finally rest easy about their water supply with completion of the water tank restoration project. In 2021, the Rogers system was awarded a $408,900 Louisiana Community Development Block Grant to restore their aging, elevated water tank.
