I was a fifteen-year-old hellion when Calvin Cantrell entered my life. I had no direction and thought no one really cared for me. My dad being the School Board member during the time of school integration had caused us/ me to feel alienated within our community. Because of the hard feelings my folks had they stopped attending church which was fine with me at the time.
