Free youth arts programs enrolling in Jena and Urania

For the spring series, the Strand Village Project # thrive is offering two art after-school programs for youth in 5th to 12th grades in Jena and Urania. Both classes are currently open to enrollment and are limited to 20 participants each. To enroll, visit www.agreaterlasalle.com The Portraits and Printmaking program will be offered in Urania on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4 to 6:30 p.m. starting on January 24 and ending February 16 at the recreational hall in Urania. The instructor is long-time art teacher Kim Aldrich and the site coach is Laci Wilson.
