For those of us who love them, it’s just a few short days before the crawfish water will be boiling and the smell of unique seasonings will begin to fill the air across Louisiana. It’s crawfish time and the popular ‘delicacy’ and unique taste of crawdads top the menu! It’s no secret that we love the fresh water crustaceans in the home state.
