R.J. Futrell, Jr., 55, of Jena, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
He was born August 24, 1967 to the union of his parents R.J. Futrell, Sr. and Della Diane Futrell.
He liked going hunting and fishing. He was the type of person that loved picking and cutting up with people. He was born August 24, 1967 to the union of his parents R.J. Futrell, Sr. and Della Diane Futrell.
He liked going hunting and fishing. He was the type of person that loved picking and cutting up with people. In his younger days, he was in the National Guard and that led to him being in Desert Storm. He loved his kids more than anything. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Smokey and Ruby Atwood; and a sister, Janice Edwards.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Aletha Mc-Master Futrell; sons, Chase and Owen Futrell; daughter, Sara Fletcher; grandson, Jayden Dupree; and his brothers, Russell, Derrick and Bryan Futrell.
