Tigers improve record with two wins this week

The LaSalle Tigers improved their record to 11-3 overall and 2-0 in district 3-1A this week with wins over Montgomery and Rayville. The Tiger bats were a bit muffled on Tuesday at Montgomery early but woke up enough to win the district contest five to two. LaSalle tallied five runs on six hits. Three of those runs came in the third inning when Clay Clark went Big Fly with two runners on base. The Tigers never looked back.
