We have all seen cooking contests on television where contestants must create a dish with a mystery item. Well have you heard about one of Louisiana 4-H’s newest contests? The Louisiana 4-H Food Challenge competition challenges teams of 4-H members to create a dish using a key secret ingredient and items available in the “grocery store” supplied at the competition.
