With the last day of school for students tomorrow, summer unofficially begins in La Salle Parish and attention is quickly turning to the upcoming fall elections. Typically, there is not much to talk about during the summer, except for those die-hard football enthusiasts who are eagerly awaiting August and the high school football season.
