What do you get when you take a country boy from Winn Parish, educate him with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from NLU and a Masters in Education from NSU, then add 25 years of teaching and positions of administration including second in command to the largest school district in Central Louisiana? The LaSalle Parish School Board believes those ingredients made the right man to lead the LaSalle Parish School System.
