A concerned citizen addressed the Olla Town Council during their regular monthly meeting, July 11, about the unsightly items and litter that is seen on many Olla properties. Wanda Darling, who recently moved back to her hometown, began her comments by asking the Council if they had any ordinances in place to address issues regarding debris, trash and other unwanted items that leaves a bad reflection upon the town.
