Justin Mark Owens, 40, of Beaumont, TX, died on Friday, August 11, 2023, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born September 23, 1982 in Alexandria, LA to the union of his parents, Martha Jean Trahan Owens and Jerry Ray Owens.
