Rod Douglas Seeks Ward 2 Juror Seat

Rod Douglas has announced that he is a candidate for Police Juror to represent Ward 2, subject to the action of voters at the October 14 election.

In making his announcement, Douglas issued the following statement to the voters of Ward 2: “I am announcing my candidacy for LaSalle Parish Police Juror for Ward 2 in the upcoming October election.

I have lived in this parish since 1969 and have raised my four children here.

I previously worked in the oil and gas industry for over 35 years. I went into business for myself eight years ago and noticed the neglect of our roads and culverts during all this time. Seeing this neglect, I decided to run for this position.

I care about our area and I want to see our ward represented by someone who will always be in the area, answer phone calls and listen to our citizen’s concerns.

I promise to put the citizens of Ward 2 first, above my own personal interests.

I have the determination and the discipline to ensure the desires of Ward 2 are heard and addressed to the best of my ability.

If you are looking for a dependable, hardworking person for Ward 2, please vote #62, Rod Douglas, on October 14th.

If you have any questions, please call me at (318) 758-5023. I am always available.

Thanks for your consideration and continued support.”
