Billy Ray Arnold, 78, of Trout, LA, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 17, 2024, in the Dry Prong Cemetery, Dry Prong, LA, with Bro. Shad Tibbs officiating, under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Julia “Jan” Nettles Arnold; and daughter, Jodi Arnold.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Linda Valentine Arnold; son, James “Jay” Arnold; daughter, Kimberly DeLoach; grandsons, Jeffrey Mark Jester Arnold and Charles Michael Richard (Mallarie); granddaughter, Chelsea Michaela Richard; great grandsons, Sayden Richard, Sawyer Flaherty and Eian Richard; great granddaughters, Aubree Richard, Natalie Richard, Emery Richard and Harper Richard.
