Mary Jane McPherson, 57, of Jena, LA, passed from this life on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, following a brief illness.

She was born September 4, 1966 in Center, TX, to the union of her parents, Woodrow and Gladys Martin.

She enjoyed family time, sewing, growing roses and watching movies. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 40 years, James McPherson; children, Nathan McPherson, Danielle Parrott (Gervis Parrott Jr.) and Justin McPherson (Emily); seven grandchildren; one brother; three sisters; and a host of extended family and friends.
