Seeds That Just Keep Going

Mrs. Evelyn Thompson’s life story reads of strength, faith and purpose in God. She, her family and her late husband, Reverend Patrick (Pat) Thompson, have been instrumental in ministry and in building and establishing houses of worship in LaSalle Parish and nationwide for over fifty years. Today, Mrs. Evelyn, who is an ordained minister in the Assembly of God (AG) organization, serves as the Care Pastor of Sanctuary Family Worship Center in Jena, under the pastorship of Reverend Heath Harris. Her journey has been filled with both gain and loss, challenge and triumph, and above all a confidence in God that remains unwavering.
