Karen Mason

Karen Dawn Mason, 71, of Jonesville, LA, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in Natchez, MS.

Memorial services were held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Harrisonburg United Pentecostal Church, Harrisonburg, LA, with Rev. John Holloway officiating.

She was born May 30, 1952. Mama was devoted to God first and her family. Her love and faith was evident her entire life. She loved to read and spend time with her family and her fur babies. Her lemon meringue pie was always a family favorite and was requested every holiday. She was loved by all who knew her, and she will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Roy Breithaupt; her mother, Maxine Breithaupt; and father-in-law, R.B. Mason.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert “Buddy” Mason; her daughter, Shaina Carroll (Ken); granddaughters, Julia and Kymber Carroll; one brother, David Breithaupt (Clara); one sister, Rhonda Bindl (Ron); mother-in-law, Betty Mason; brothers-in-law, Jerry Mason and Randy Mason (Diana); sister-in-law, Denise Mason; aunt, Joy Wilson (Peck); goddaughter, Ashley Greer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
