Rosemary Cannon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Cannon of Jena and present worthy advisor of the Jena assembly of the Order of the Rainbow, was installed as grand musician for the state of Louisiana, Order of the Rainbow, at impressive ceremonies held in the Shrine temple of New Orleans on closing day of the recent grand assembly of Rainbow chapters through Louisiana. In addition to being elected to the state office, Miss Cannon also was second-place winner in the official statewide Rainbow poetry contest, the title of her poem being “The Arch of Truth.”
